CNC Milling
Multi-axis CNC milling including multi-axis horizontal mills and vertical machining centers (VMCs). Capable of complex profiles, pockets, bores, and contoured surfaces with tight tolerances across a wide range of materials and part sizes.
CNC Turning / Lathe
Precision turning on multi-axis CNC lathes and CNC lathes with bar feeders — from one-off custom parts to high-volume production runs. Live tooling enables milling, drilling, and turning in a single setup, keeping lead times short and handling to a minimum.
CNC Plasma / Torch Cutting
High-definition CNC plasma and torch cutting for steel plate profiles, brackets, flanges, and structural components. Fast turnaround on flat patterns and heavy plate work.
Swiss Screw Machining
Swiss-type CNC turning for small-diameter, high-precision components requiring exceptional surface finish and repeatability. Ideal for complex turned parts with tight tolerances and high volume requirements.
Multi-Tasking Machining
Integrex multi-tasking platform combining full 5-axis milling and turning in one setup. Complete done-in-one machining of highly complex components — reducing handling, improving accuracy, and cutting lead times.
